This is where our company takes an interest in a property for a period of time from a landlord (typically 3-5 years) and guarantees to pay a fixed monthly rent to the landlord during the agreed period. The landlord gives consent to our company to then rent the property to guests on a short let serviced accommodation basis. The simplest way to legally do this involves signing a company let or a management agreement. We pay for the legal fees involved.
